Orders for merchandise in stock are generally shipped within 7 days of receipt of order.  Shipments within the U.S. for 500 pounds or less go via UPS, DHL, and FedEx.  Proof of business is required.

A 10% restocking fee and all shipping charges will be applied to orders not accepted on arrival.  Call 1-800-652-9170 to cancel an order.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

All El Paso Saddleblanket Company products are guaranteed to be of highest quality materials and workmanship available in their respective price range. Return of merchandise for any reason must be done within 30 days of invoice date. Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and with all original tags.

Merchandise damaged or broken in transit must be reported to your UPS or freight carrier immediately. El Paso Saddleblanket Co. will not credit or refund any damaged goods not inspected by the carrier.

No returns will be exchanged or credited unless accompanied by a valid return authorization number.

Return freight charges must be PREPAID by the purchaser.

Valid returns will be exchanged, credited or refunded for exact amount charged for the product.

The above return policies apply to ordered merchandise shipped by El Paso Saddleblanket to your place of business. This does not apply to warehouse purchases where you have full opportunity to inspect all pieces of your purchase. Warehouse purchases in El Paso are understood to be accepted as is - no exchanges, all sales final.
